I BREW AIR
Magali Rousseau

We met Magali Rousseau in 2007 when Antigone was created. She was at the time a student at the Decorative Arts in Strasbourg and had asked us for an internship.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

The meeting took place very simply, at the heart of the workshop, in a dialogue on the content and form of our project. Already at the time, his universe of small machinery, objects manipulated at a distance with their poetic and fragile mechanisms had touched us, moved us to the point of inviting him to exhibit at the Théâtre 71 de Malakoff during the first performances of Une Antigone. de Papier (MARTO 2007 festival).

The story continues with the creation of Oedipus and then that of Les Mains de Camille. Magali becomes a collaborator, a kind of associated artist who distils her little mechanical pearls in the sandstone of our shows. The shadow wheels that surround Camille Claudel's studio, for example.
