SINCE 2007 Les Anges au Plafond have developed an Artistic Training Department composed of puppeteers-comedians trained at ESNAM (Ecole Supérieure Nationale des Arts de la Marionnette) and plastics-constructors from art schools. The company offers a series of workshops for a large public of amateurs and school children. Creating and manipulating puppets, pop up, shadow theater, the company has at heart to transmit its expertise by putting the human relationship at the heart of the process of research and learning. In parallel of the diffusion of the shows, in partnership with the places and cities that host them, the company carries out several cultural actions. This season, the PAF will meet the public for a custom-made creation in Aurillac :

A shadowy version of this initiatory journey, in which a young child in search of autonomy, seeks to overcome his fears, and chooses skill rather than violence to free himself from them. On the set, 2 comedian puppeteers accompanied by the Ensemble instrumentral du Conservatoire manipulate with malice and sensitivity shadows and images, plunging us into an inspiring and poetic visual universe. The music and the image respond to each other in an organic way, colouring and inspiring each other, inviting the spectators to immerse themselves with emotion in this mythical tale revisited for the occasion..
